Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15minutes late, your appointment be considered a no-show, and you will be charge 100% of the service fee.
